Good design alone can’t save the world, but it can help the brands that are trying. – Lyon & Lyon

Good design alone can’t save the world, but it can help the brands that are trying. Written by: Ben Lyon

Our latest showreel brings together some of the most exciting work we’ve had the chance to be part of — and more importantly, some of the most exciting people.

From turning seaweed into bioplastic to making haircare genuinely inclusive, every brand featured is using their talents to tackle real problems in new ways. And our role? Helping shape the way they show up in the world — boldly, clearly, and with purpose.

You’ll spot projects like:

  • Who Gives a Crap, who make 100% bamboo and recycled toilet paper — and donate 50% of profits to help build toilets globally.
  • Sitch Hair, simplifying haircare routines with inclusive products and smart, refillable packaging.
  • MicroHarvest, using natural fermentation to pioneer better, cleaner ways to produce protein.
  • Searo, turning seaweed into fully biodegradable plastic alternatives.
  • Revyve, unlocking yeast (yes, yeast!) as a high-performing, sustainable ingredient in food innovation.
  • Bright Biotech, using plant chloroplasts to create more efficient, accessible proteins for the future of biotech.

Each one of these brands is tackling big challenges — climate, nutrition, waste, wellbeing — and pushing for solutions that don’t just sound good, but work. That’s where design comes in. Because whether you’re disrupting the beauty aisle or rethinking the food system, how your brand communicates its vision matters.

For us, this is the kind of work that keeps things interesting. Projects that challenge our creativity, stretch our thinking, and ask us to go beyond the surface. Design that isn’t just decoration — it’s part of the mission.

So here it is: a look at the work we’re proud of, and the brands we’re proud to stand behind.
We hope it sparks something.
